We do not offer refunds on:

Customized hampers as they are personalized and unique.
Curated gift sets are made-to-order and non-returnable.
Personalized invitations cannot be refunded or returned.

2. Storage, Safety & No Refund Clause on Edible Items 🍫📦

We care about your health and safety:

We request customers to consume them within the timeline provided by us at the time of delivery.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that are spoiled, expired, or not stored properly after delivery.
Please store items as instructed for best shelf life.

3. Refunds on Damaged or Incorrect Items 📸📦

If you receive a Damaged product, or Incorrect item (not matching your order):

Please Contact us within 36 hours with photos, order ID, and unboxing video.
Mandatory unboxing video is required for any claim, with order ID.
Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days and respond accordingly.

4. Cancellation Policy, Terms, Timeframes for order Termination ⏳✋

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as the processing begins immediately.:

Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
Post this window, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Due to hygiene, most returns aren’t accepted. Kindly verify items before placing your order.
Disposable tableware, props, Hampers, whether custom or not, are non-returnable..
Hampers, Gifts, Stationery and edible items are final sale.

Refunds are credited to the original payment mode.
