At Kriishiv, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully,
as many of our offerings are personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund and return policy is outlined as follows:
1. No Refunds on Custom or Curated Products
We do not offer refunds on:
- Customized hampers
- Curated gift sets
- Personalized invitations
These are made-to-order items, specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Edible Items – Important Note
For food and edible items included in hampers:
- We request customers to consume them within the timeline provided by us at the time of delivery.
- We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that are spoiled, expired, or not stored properly after delivery.
- Please store items as instructed for best shelf life.
Please follow the storage and consumption instructions provided with each hamper to ensure product safety and quality.
3. Refunds on Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a:
- Damaged product, or
- Incorrect item (not matching your order)
Please contact us within 36 hours of delivery at @[email protected] Or Whatsapp us, along with:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Your Order ID
- Unboxing video (Mandatory)
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days and respond accordingly.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations or refunded are not accepted as processing begins immediately.
5. Return Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Disposable tableware
- Party props
- Any hampers (customized or non-customized)
- Edible items
Please review your order carefully before confirming.
6. Refund Timeline
We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but if you receive a wrong or defective product, we will be happy to send a replacement or process a refund where applicable. If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7-10 working days
- Credited to the original mode of payment
7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
